- Open Bible Companion, go to Settings (gear icon), and tap "Notification Time" to pick the time that works for you.
- How do I turn off notifications?
- Go to Settings inside the app and toggle off daily verse notifications. You can also disable them from your device's system settings for Bible Companion.
- Is my data stored on your servers?
- Your reading progress, liked verses, and nickname are stored locally on your device. With your consent, we collect usage analytics (Firebase Analytics and Amplitude) to improve the app — not for ads or cross-app tracking. Push notification preferences (timezone, chosen time, language) are stored on Firebase to deliver notifications reliably. See our Privacy Policy (same policy as the website and app store listings).
- How do I reset my reading progress?
- Go to Settings and use the reset option to clear your reading progress and start fresh. This cannot be undone.
- Which languages are supported?
- Bible Companion is available in English and Tamil. You can switch languages from the app's home screen or settings.
- Can I use Bible Companion without downloading the app?
- Yes. Visit biblecompanion.in/web for daily verses, verses by emotion, Bible Bites, and verse image creation in your browser.
- How do I delete my data?
- Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. To request deletion of any analytics data associated with your device, email us at support@evolvantsystems.com.
